BASEMENT FACILITY
All of our parking bays, garages and storage units are located within the basement parking at The Boulevard Office Park. We offer a closed up storage facility with access controlled entrances.
ACCESS CONTROL
Only tenants who have a storage unit or garage receive access into our storage facility at the security controlled entrance. There are no side entrances into the facility.
24 HOUR SECURITY
We have security guards on duty at our storage facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
CCTV CAMERA SYSTEM
We have extensive CCTV camera coverage located in all our storage areas.
